Kids Conference
Various activities are being coordinated just for kids at this year’s FIRST Oregon Disability MegaConference. Although limited, kids over five (5) years old will have the opportunity to socialize, hang out, and have fun with other kids throughout the MegaConference. Don’t forget your swimming suit!
Kids Conference 2008 Information & Procedures:
- Kids must be five (5) years or older to attend Kids Conference this year.
- Parents must complete two forms to register their child(ren) for the Kids Conference:
- Registration/Medical Release Form (doc) (pdf)
- Child Interest Form (doc) (pdf)
- Parents will be expected to provide all appropriate information regarding their child(ren) when registering.
- Parents will be expected to provide any special equipment necessary.
- There will be no fees for the Kids Conference. All snacks, activities, and supplies are included.
- Parents will be expected to provide food and snacks for children with allergies and/or special dietary needs.
- MEDICATION will NOT be administered by staff. Parents must return to the Kids Conference Room to administer all medications.
- Conference Meals are NOT included and must be paid in advance.
- A Kids Menu will be offered to kids at a reduced rate as listed on the Kids Conference Registration Form.
- Please register before May 22, 2008.
- Space is limited, kids will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
- Kids Conference sessions are limited to Friday and Saturday only.
- Families must pick up their child(ren) at times designated in the schedule of events and the Kids Conference Registration form.

As the annual MegaConference continues to grow each year, the partnering organizations are dedicated to building the Kids Conference to serve all families that want to bring their children. In addition, we also have plans to pursue a sibling conference in the future. Your participation is greatly appreciated!
